AGC BBQ & Fall AGC Days

BBQ, BEVERAGES, and YOUR FAVORITE TUNES! BBQ/Open House will be here before we know it so mark your calendars for Thursday, September 11, from 4:30 to 7:00 pm.  This event has become a favorite for more than 250 AGC members. BBQ is held in the
AGC parking lot - 701 E. Court, Des Moines.

Fall AGC Day - Friday, September 12, 8:00 am. - 1:00 pm., Embassy Suites, 
101 E. Locust Street in Des Moines will be the site of Fall AGC Days there will be knowledgeable speakers, discussions, committee meetings and an open forum with Iowa DOT. Have some fun, network, and learn.

9:30 - 11:00 am - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Learning Session - Drew Forster, the Construction Strategic Advisor for the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) at Iowa State University and Paul Gromley (CIRAS) will lead a learning exercise and present on AI's usage in construction.  this session will feature hands-on activity and background on how AI can be used by construction firms.

11:15 - 12:45 pm - AGC Board Meeting (working lunch) - Embassy Suites - Jr. Ballroom
