10:15am – 11:15am    Workplace & Employment Presentation – Salon A

                                    Kay Oskvig is an attorney with the Whitfield & Eddy Firm in Des Moines. Her expertise resides in employment and labor law and she makes many presentations each year on workforce issues including hiring, discipline, termination, and compliance with Davis-Bacon, FMLA, ADA, and a host of other federal regulations.

11:30am – 12:15pm   Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program – Salon A

                              Wes Musgrove, Director of Construction and Materials Bureau, Iowa DOT, Mitch Dillavou, Technical Director, AGC of Iowa, and Nikita Rainey, Iowa DOT Civil Rights Bureau Director, will lead a presentation on the entirety of the DBE program and answer questions from members.

 12:15pm – 1:30pm     Lunch with DOT – Salon B & C

Leadership Academy Graduation

Register due by Tuesday, March 18.  Cancellations will be refunded if requested by March 14.  No refunds issued after that date.  Substitutions are always allowed.
